Physiosports Brighton is a Boutique Sports Injury clinic and the market leader in the local area. We provide a range of services including physiotherapy, massage, podiatry, high level rehabilitation and pilates. We cater to the specific needs of the running athlete with a hands-on approach to treatment, dedication to research and application of best-practice management. Specific problems for the running or weight-bearing athlete are centred around instability of the pelvis, which in turn causes osteitis pubis, groin dysfunction and hamstring and back problems. We look to cater to local athletes at the sub-elite to recreational level, in helping them to optimise their training/sporting experience by managing and preventing injury. This includes the 60 year old’s shoulder to the 4 year old’s knee-we are all athletes to some degree.
