A huge weekend for Tonner players at the Big V matches

It was a mixed of results for our Tonners who contested the Big V at Steel Blue Oval in Perth on 6 July.

India Tait played an integral role with the Big V women's team and celebrate a thrilling one point victory over a well seasoned Perth FL side.

Coached by our very own, Greg Hutchinson, the men's Big V side went in all guns blazing, but even the power house Tonners of Harry Hill, Nick Pavlou and Will Lewis couldn't quite ruffle the feathers of their Perth FL opposition, conceding a 23-point loss.

Some solace in defeat was the well earned award to Will Lewis, named best on ground for the Big V side. Congratulations to Will on receiving this coveted award.

And congratulations to our Tonner five on their performances in their respective Big V sides.
